The month of January is nearly over, and every pupil in our school has worked incredibly hard, especially as we focused on our core value of Health and Well-being. From coming into school with healthy snacks at break to trying new vegetables at dinner, the children have really embraced looking after themselves.
They’ve also spent time learning how to look after others, sharing ideas and talking about ways to stay healthy in body and mind. Through PE, swimming lessons, hurling, Gaelic, Healthy Kidz sessions, and plenty of active outdoor play, each child has shown a wonderfully positive attitude throughout the month.
It has been a fantastic start to 2026, and we are so proud of the effort, enthusiasm and kindness shown by every pupil.
